1. Live Arrival Guarantee (100% Protection)

At Rayanguppies, we pack all pure-line live fish with medical-grade oxygen, specialized water conditioners, and temperature-controlled insulated packaging. We guarantee 100% Live Arrival on all valid orders nationwide.

2. Claiming Dead on Arrival (DOA)

In the rare event that a fish arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please follow these instructions:

• Take a clear, continuous unboxing video opening the sealed outer box and fish bag within 2 hours of parcel delivery.
• Send the unboxing video and order number to our WhatsApp support at +91 63834 35908 or email rayangubbyfishfarm@gmail.com.
• Do NOT open or discard the sealed fish bag before recording the video proof.

3. Resolution & Refund Options

Once verified by our farm team:

• Free Replacement: We will ship replacement fish in your next order or dispatch immediately (buyer covers shipping charges if re-dispatched separately).
• Refund / Store Credit: A refund for the affected fish amount will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 3-5 business days.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the live nature of ornamental fish, live livestock cannot be physically returned or shipped back by customers once accepted.
