This website is operated by Rayanguppies. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rayanguppies. By visiting our site and/or purchasing ornamental live fish from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Live Livestock & Strain Quality
All strain photos, images, and pair descriptions represent mature breeding stock from our quarantine hatcheries. While individual coloration may vary slightly depending on water parameters and lighting, we guarantee high-grade pure genetics.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if severe weather, flight delays, or environmental conditions threaten live fish health during transit. Customers will be notified immediately in such circumstances.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
