1. Live Livestock Dispatch Schedule

To ensure live fish do not get stuck in transit over weekends, all orders placed at Rayanguppies are dispatched Monday through Wednesday via express air cargo and premium courier partners (Professional, DTDC, or Delhivery Express).

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro & Major Cities: 24 to 48 Hours Express Transit.
• Rest of India / Regional Hubs: 2 to 4 Business Days max.
• Order processing time is 24 hours to purge live fish prior to packing.

3. Professional Oxygen Packaging

Every shipment is packaged using:

• Double-layered leakproof breathable bags.
• Pure medical oxygen injection for up to 96 hours survival time.
• Sturdy Thermocol (Styrofoam) insulated outer boxes for temperature stability.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, tracking links and courier AWB details are sent via SMS, Email, and available in your customer profile under My Orders.
